James has over 25 years experience in the civil construction industry including experience in Canada, USA and Australia. As Managing Director his main focus is on business development and customer support but he also ensures that the company achieves its key performance indicators of on time, on budget and with excellence on completion for our clients, whilst also ensuring a zero defects and safe working environment.

Bert DeBruyn – Senior Supervisor - Townsville Area

With an extensive Civil Military background, Bert brings a no nonsense approach to our projects. He has years of experience in all forms of civil construction and is our leading man on project sites.

Rob Humphrey - Senior Supervisor - Cloncurry Area

Rob brings not only a complete knowledge of the Cloncurry and surrounding Rural Areas, but also has an extensive history of civil construction projects and management skills much needed as the "point man" in the Cloncurry office and as the Senior Supervisor of all projects in the area.

Bill Roberts - Project Manager

Bill brings an immeasurable 30 years of civil construction, water, stormwater and sewer experience to our organisation.  Bill ensures the completion of projects with excellence in execution.  Bill provides an ongoing commitment to providing his extensive skills and knowledge to the crews ensuring they are continually learning best business practices.

Pam Roberts - Project Coordinator

Pam's Survey, Civil and Architectual drafting and design skills provide Northwest with the ability to apply these skills to all our upcoming and current projects.  Having years of experience working with projects from the ground up, her superior tendering and quoting skills ensure attention to detail and project coordination.

Jeanette Cooper - Office Administration

With a history of extensive Sales Managment and Administrative Skills Jeanette provides a "corporate" application to the Head Office environment.  An all rounder Jeanette is able to put her hand to all tasks.

Cherie Farnham - Finance Administration:

Providing the company with her outstanding financal experience to oversee, manage and control the finances of Northwest Construction Co, Cherie is an integral part of the Northwest team.

Our office and work sites are complemented by experienced and professional employees, machine operators and multi skilled labourers.
